Hi,
are the following sentences correct?
1) The government is trying to suppress the demonstration which was caused by an abrupt increase of price of food by using army and police.
2) Michael had become discontent with living in the countryside,so he moved into the town,saying he would start all over.
3) I praised her new dress and waited for her response. She didn't say a word,so I changed the topic and started talking about something else.
4) Mankind has survived so many wars that it seems improbable that it will die out by its own fault.
5) My brother almost threw the computer through/out of the window when he heard me listening to Lady Gaga. Luckily he didn't fulfil his threat.
6) How am I going to finish the task if you won't leave me alone?
7) I detest my neighbours. They are spending/spend money like water,thinking that buying new stuff every week will make their lives happier,but they're wrong.
8) Tomorrow we'll be writing/are going to write a test from German,but I have prepared.
9) I can't come to the party,because I've promised Jerry to come to his place to celebrate his birthday,sorry.
10) No matter what you've ever done bad to me,I will never stop loving you.
11) The whole scene ends with West standing on the piano,singing to the crowd of dancers.
