Hi,could you please correct mistakes in the following sentences?
Dear Andy,
Firstly, I have to write you that I´m fine and I hope that you are OK as well. The reason why I am writing to you is clear. Next week I am moving away and I want to describe my new place just a little to you. It is a medium-sized town, such as Litomyšl , so there is only a few people. It is good for me, because I live now in a big town. As you know, I haven´t packed my bags yet. I hate moving. I am sure that someone is going to have to help me with it. However the main reason why I am not looking forward to moving is that I don´t like changes and I got used to be with my friends. And because you are my best friend I am writing you first and you will get my new address next week via e-mail.

Dear Andy, I'm fine, and I hope that you are OK as well. The reason I am writing to you should be obvious: next week I am moving away. I want to describe my new place just a little to you.
