These phrasal verbs, surprisingly, actually mean pretty much what they say.

Sending in is used if the things you are sending are going into a particularly defined area. Send in the troops! You are sending troops into the battle area.

Sending out is used when the things you are sending are going into a broader or wider area that their origin. Send out the newsletters. The newsletters are being spread from their office of origin to computers all over the world.

Sendingjust means sending.
