If I am sending a letter by Certified Mail, where do I make that notation in the letter ("Certified Mail"), before date, after signature line, after enclosure line, etc.???

Hi, If I am sending a letter by Certified Mail, where do I make that notation in the letter ("Certified Mail"), before date, after signature line, after enclosure line, etc.??? I wonder if you mean what I call 'a registered letter? I pay extra, so that the Post Office will keep a record of it and collect a signature from the person who receives it.
