Seeking Sponsorship Letter
Hi anyone,
I am a parent at Middle School in Brooklyn, NY. Our parent involvement is lousy, our fun-raising is equally lousy. I have started mailing postcards to all parents with a calendar of events for school meetings and events in order to increase school awareness and parent involvement. It cost about $300 to run this mailer, printing postcards and mailing them. I am thinking of seeking sponsorships from corporations and local businesses to cover mailer costs and to increase our school funds. I will offer in return for a sponsorship and ad space in the front of the postcard, company logo and telephone number or website in the lower right hand corner or the bottom of the postcard.
I need help creating this letter seeking sponsorship in return for and ad space in the front of our postcard mailer.

Just spell out the benefits to the businesses nice and early in your letter rather than just asking for altruistic donations. There are quite a few threads on this forum dealing with these letters so you'll find a lot of advice if you search through.
