Is this sentence correct:"No one can walk that long if they have schedules to fulfill."Note: By 'schedules to fulfill', I mean to be at the same places at a given time (such as one's work place).

Is this sentence correct: I don't completely understand it.
I don't know what walking for a long time has to do with schedules. You can schedule a walk during your day.
"No one can walk that long if they have schedules to fulfill."
Better:
... if they have a schedule to meet.
... if they have a schedule to keep.
... if they are on a schedule.

Note: By 'schedules to fulfill', I mean to be at the same places at a given time (such as one's work place).
Be at ... places? At the same time? I'm not sure what this means.
