Sauna

Can't wait to scope out the saunas! I'm gonna be all sweaty and smelly...so a nice soothing massage and a dip in the whirlpools sound sooo goood.

Please proofread. IT's for casual use.

Thanks!

More formal? OK - how about this:

I cannot wait to inspect the spa and sauna facilities. I will be all sweaty and smelly, so a nice shower followed by a soothing massage and a dip in the whirlpools sounds very good.

It's fine with me. As a person who knows something about saunas, may I say, though, that if you are going to be smelly in the sauna, you'll have to spend quite a long time there weari

No—the words 'followed by a soothing massage and a dip in the whirlpool' are parenthetical.

'...so a nice shower...sounds very good.'

You can use 'sound' if there had been a list of things —'...so a nice shower, a soothing massage and a dip in the whirlpool sound very good.' (As you did in post #4.)
