hello guys kindly help me on this.. 1) I  wrote a letter and sent it to my boss regarding my salary instead of 2,000. i got 1,800 only for two years contract and he ask me if i have a copy of my contract and i say yes so i sent him a copy but until now no response. 2) this coming january 2015 ill be turning 3 years in our company. most of my co-worker after two years contract they go for vacation for a month when they come back they recieve a salary increment. but in my case i work three years straight without taking my vacation, i did not recieve my 2,000 salary and also my  salary incremen for three straight years.

still i haven't get my overtime money at all. i want to write letter to my HR manager. please help me to write well.

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I would like to let you know that I had been working extra hours since 29 August 2014 to till 5 September 2014 at Car Parking and Toilet Area in Luanda Shopping . Extra hour’s details everything submitted to HR department by Ex Project Manager.
I worked hard with under pressure . i had worked 59.5 extra hours including day and overnights to complete that task.
Still I couldn’t get at all extra hours payment with my salary. End of Last Month 29 th 2014 I have resigned the job. My notice period going to complete on 29 January 2015.I let you know that please make sure my overtime dues with my settlement before end of my notice period. I am looking forward your positive response.
Following is a summary of the work i did
29 Aug 2014 - 7:00 to 12:30 - 13:30 to 20:00 = 4 Extra hours
30 Aug 2014 - 7:00 to 12:30 - 13:30 to 18:00 = 6 Extra hours (Saturday)
31 Aug 2014 - 7:30 to 12:30 -13:30 to 17:30 = 9.5 Extra hours (Sunday)
01 Sep 2014 - 7:00 to 12:30 - 13:30 to 20:00 = 4 Extra hours
02 Sep 2014 - 7:00 to 12:30 - 13:30 to 20:00 = 4 Extra hours
03 Sep 2014 - 7:00 to 12:30 -13:30 to 24:00 = 8 Extra hours
04 Sep 2014 -0:00 to 6:00 - 7:00 to 12:30 - 13:30 to 24:00 = 14 Extra hours ( Over night and day )
05 Sep 2014 -0:00 to 10:00 = Extra hours 10 ( Over night )

I worked hard and under pressure, 59.5 extra hours including days and overnights to complete that task, but I have not yet received payment for all the extra hours with my salary.

At the end of last month (Dec 29) I submitted my resignation, and my 1-month notice period will be completed on 29 January. I would be very grateful if you could settle my overtime outstanding before the end of my notice period.
