Salary Certificate for paid by cash

Hi,
I need a salary certificate from my employer mentioning the duration and salary received by cash. My company is a very small firm with 6 people .Can I request a letter like below? How to write the pay is received by cash? I need this for future employment also.

To whom it may concern

This is to certify that <Name> is currently working in our organization as <designation>. She has been working with us since her hire date of <> and is drawing a salary of Rs. 15,000 per month as cash.

Is this correct ? Please assist with correct format

I am not aware of any standard format for a "salary certificate." Your example seems fine. I do not know why you need to say that it is in cash. The "certificate" is all the evidence you need of the amount. So I would end the "certificate" after the wording "per month." However, you will want to add a signature line, with a title under that, so that the certificate itself explains who guarant
