Guideline for posting bus request PLease check
All request must be filed in advance.
Modification/Cancellation of request can be done at least six hours advance prior
to the Request date and time.
Departments wishing to ride a bus must file a request. Each department must have at
at lease one representative who will file a request for the group.
Request for sunday overtime must be filed not later than saturday 8am in the morning to
give way to the ASD staff to consolidate all request.
Request for holiday must be filed at least one day prior to the request date and time
Late request will be accepted, but the ASD will not guarantee to accomodate all passenger.
Based on our rule number one, All request must be filed advance.
Requestor will be given a minimum of six hours to modify/cancel the request. The system will
automatically lock the program if request exceeds to six hours.
Request for the next next day, for time 6am and 8am cannot be modified after 4pm.
Even if the request doesn't exceed to the alloted time (six hours.)
