#2) What I believe you are asking for is a modern translation (or interpretation) of this line from Shakespeare's work. Please consider that Shakespeare's works were not only written in an antiquated form of English, but also written poetically, so the words and structure may not have been "proper," even in the era it was written. The choice of words and structure conveyed the ideas fully, but focused heavily upon expressing the station (place in society) & emotion of the characters, as well as supporting the flow of the work as a whole.

#3) This line can be best translated into modern English as:
"This (gift/action/excuse) is not compensation (enough) to cause me to forgive you for the past (negative) actions against me."
FURTHER SIMPLIFIED:
"This will not cause me to forgive the bad things you did to me in the past."
