I have got advocate-ship today. Just got result about my vi-va. Now feeling really happy and relax. Its a long journey to get advocate-ship. I had to fight couple of years. I would like to work for my poor women who are facing discrimination all the time in our society.

Now I'm feeling really happy and relaxed. It's (been) a long journey (or process) to get (needs an or my or this) advocateship. I had to fight (or work at it) for a couple of years. ~~I would like to work for~~ my poor women who are facing discrimination all the time in our society.
If you mean "poor women in general face discrimination", use: "I would like to work for poor women, who face discrimination all the time in our society."
If you are referring to individual poor women, use something like: "I would like to work for poor women who are facing discrimination, a common problem in our society."
"My" is not needed.
