Restrictive Clause using Which without a Comma
In 2008, Nestle announced the development of a bottle which comprises nearly 25% recycled PET.
I understand that for the above sentence we need a restrictive clause. However, my editor insists that we need a 'that' in the above sentence instead of 'which'. I think ''which without a comma' works in the sentence as a restrictive clause as which without comma can be used for things such as a bottle. Please clarify.

Your editor is probably American. In American English, that is nearly always used in sentences like yours. Which is perfectly correct in British English.
