Request for yearly vacation
Dears
I need your help on writing a request letter for yearly vacation. I have two years contract with the company, it is mentioned that i will get vacation in every two years. But, now i want to make it yearly. some of the employes have this facility.
I have prepared a draft letter, please correct an errors using good words if needed.

Dear Sir,
I hereby humbly request you to enable me yearly vacation. Due to my family responsibility I must go home at least once in a year to manage the things. As you know, I availed my first vacation after the completion of two (2) years contract and it was impossible for me to mange any thing. Now, I feel it is possible only if you would facilitate me yearly vacation.
In view hereof, may I request you for the approval of my yearly leave application.
Your kind support and favorable response to this matter will be much appreciated.

Dear Sir, Some employees receive annual vacations. Currently I am only able to go home very two years. I am having difficulty managing my family responsibilities back home with the current arrangement.
