Request for Change designation

I would like to thanks if some body will help me

Good afternoon,

I m working in Construction company in India.

I joined the Company as Asst. Quantity Surveyor after 2 years they have big project and they wanted to transfer me there as Quantity Surveyor to take care about work. but i requested to change my designation as QS, as per discussion they promiss to change the designation and after that they send one letter regarding designation has been change as Quantity surveyor but terms and condition will be remain same, few days before i went headoffice some job and i discussed with HRA person and he showed the designation has not changed and still appearing Asstt. QS.

now he give me advised to write a letter to director then anybody can look on it otherwise no chance.

Can any body provide me Format to send a letter to director it will great thanks if any body will help me
