We write to solicit your assistance to repair a defective drop bar located at the entrance of car park of our office building. Recently, the tenderer of the car park has lodged a complaint to us, accusing those drop bars of having a large crack at its base and failing to drop down after lifting for weeks, which cause significant disturbances to their daily management of the car park, particularly leading to a number of vehicles leave the car park without paying parking fees.
Since our office is committed to provide the authorized tenderer with an normally functioning drop bar in accordance with the tender agreement, please assist us to carry out a repair work on the defective drop bar as soon as possible. Moreover, as the next term of tender exercise of car park commences on 1 Oct 2016, we hope you can finalize the repair work before then.
