Hello, I know we usually say that the price/cost of something is reasonable. Is it okay to say that they are also acceptable? - How much did your new watch cost? - $200. - I think that's acceptable.
Top answer
The price is reasonable I think the price is fair. The price is acceptable. Usually implies that I want to buy the thing.

Same here, but I was trying to think of a context. Okay, another one: Seller: The delivery might cost you more than drill does. Buyer (thinking to himself): The drill costs $40 which is fantastic, I could't wish for a better deal. The delivery will cost me about $60. I think that's quite acceptable.
Seller: The delivery might cost you more than the drill. will. Buyer (thinking to himself): The drill costs $40 which is fantastic. I couldn't wish for a better deal. The delivery will cost me about $60. I think that's quite acceptable.
