Lexical & Grammar Feedback:
- Replace the informal quantifier "a lot of money" with an academic collocation: "allocates substantial capital".
- "Less people" is grammatically incorrect for countable nouns; use "fewer commuters".
- "This means that" and "get better" are conversational B1 phrasing; replace with causal transitions and precise verbs ("substantially mitigating urban congestion and carbon emissions").
Upgraded Revision:
