I actually need to get the meaning of the whole sentence, as I'm not quite sure of the part I already translated. Here it is: "you're preparing a motion to strike the time-barred claims.". The context is between a lawyer and his boss, they're discussing a case the lawyer just took and the lawyer is explaining why the boss' strategy is wrong.
