"over" and "concerning"

Hello Teachers,

Would you please let me know are there any differences between "over" and "concerning" ? "over" can replace "concerning" in some sentences, right?

'Over' suggests people with opposite opinions about something.

'Concerning' does not suggest this at all.

So, use 'over' with verbs and sentences that suggest different opinions
