Question from recommendation form
Hi,
I have a question from recommendation form (for University) that i don't get. I came across this forum few times before and thought you could help me with my issue.
So I have following series of questions from which I don't:
1. Since when and in what capacity have you known the applicant?
2. How does the applicant stand out in academic and personal terms and how would you assess his/her potential?
3. How would you assess the preparation, feasibility, relevance and schedule of the project in question?
My problem is with third question, can't understand it...
Do they mean how well I do my projects?

This letter is a recommendation of the applicant. If you are the applicant and your teacher (probably) is the writer of the letter, then yes, there is a specific project ('the project in question') which the applicant has been involved in, and the writer is to comment in detail on how well it was planned and executed.
