Question form of "Shouldn't" and "hadn't better"?
1) Can I say "why shouldn't it be" meaning "why not"? For example, suppose that two people are speaking:
Person A - Let's go to cinema today.
Person B - I am not sure about it.
Person A: Why shouldn't it be!
Can I use "why hadn't it better be" here for the same meaning?
Can I use "why had it better not be" here for the same meaning?
2a) Can I say "why shouldn't I go" meaning "why mustn't I go"? For example, suppose that two people are speaking:
Person A- Don't go to that place please.
Person B - Why shouldn't I go there?
Person A - Because they may hit you.
