Query of the sentence which is connected with 'of'.

I came across one sentence which as the below,
"I'm 27, and tired of going to work everyday."
I think that sentence which is "I'm 27 and tired" is completely one sentence.
But Especially that sentence connected with "of". this is what I want to know more.
If I want to keep making something sentence continuously, Can I use just "of" ?
"[I'm 27, and tired] of going to work everyday."
I want to know what it is called this technic?
Can I use "of" at the end of complete sentence to add more sentence? or Is there any rules?
