Please, is a punctuation mark needed when something is introduced?

For example:

This item is subsumed under the heading Practicing Sports.

The word 'heading' introduces 'Practicing Sports'.

Is the sentence correct?

Ah. I think I would use single quotes or italics. I see no need for 'subsumed':

This item is under the heading 'Practicing Sports'.
This item is under the heading Practicing Sports.
