Punctuation before noun clauses
Do you accept all three versions or only b and c? I have a feeling a is punctuated incorrectly, but feel it best reflects how we would utter this.
a. The problem is, I don't know where I parked.
b. The problem is I don't know where I parked.
c. The problem is that I don't know where I parked.
