Report on Sales Strategies

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to work out some effective sales strategies to increase the sales volume of our region.

Findings

According to the statistics, retail sales of all the regions have fallen over the previous three months. But I feel confident that the demand for our products will increase in the next 6 months.

Regarding to the analysis given above, there are some suggestions I would like to make:

Firstly, people are usually sensitive to prices. Therefore, in order to encourage more customers to purchase our products, I think we can offer special discounts to them.

Secondly, we should launch a new advertisement campaign; for example, we can invite some local newspapers or magazine to drive our brand awareness and enhance our company’s reputation.


Thirdly, people nowadays have different demands for televisions, such as sound and visual effects. So, we should cater to their tastes and improve our technology as well as design.

Conclusions

Through the strategies I mentioned above, I believe we can increase the sales volume in the next six months.
