I hope this letter finds you and your family well. The reason that I correspond you is that I am expecting a minor operation on my leg on next Monday, August 23th. I will appreciate if you give me a day off to perform this operation. My leg has been in pain since July, after falling down during soccer. Although it is a minor operation, is recommended by my GP and if I postpone that to a later time, my leg might need a serious, big operation due to the delay.
Regarding the fulfilment of the simulation design project of the piping system in Newcastle fossil fuel station, the majority of the design has been completed. However, for the minor amount remained, Sara would organize that while I will be in touch with her from hospital through Skype. The day after my operation, I can come back to my daily routine and will come to my office to consult with you regarding the project.
