I am your Head teacher, Miss. Green. I am writing on behalf of the school committee to inform you that a sports meeting will be held in the sports field on March, 25. Should the weather be bad, the sports meeting will be postponed.

Now, I need you to read the following content carefully:
There are various competition items to choose from. First, sports competitions such as badminton, triple jump, 100-meter dash and 500-meter dash can be freely chosen by individual contestants.
On the other hand, if you want to take part in the sports meeting with your friends; group applications are also welcomed. You can choose the following group competition items: basketball, volleyball, baseball, relay race and tennis.

Last, but not least, please note the application of the sports meeting is due on February 25.
