Hi. I would really appreciate having an opinion on the following paragraph. Thank you in advance.
Our paper comprises three chapters. The first chapter provides a historical setting of the novel, that is of modernism, and how the latter affected the literary genre of the novel. The second chapter would analyse stream of consciousness as a literary technique, and how it is used by modernist writers. The third chapter presents an analysis of the two fictional characters: Septimus Warren Smith and Clarissa Dalloway within Virginia Woolf’s novel, Mrs. Dalloway. In addition to how these two characters along with the literary technique of stream of consciousness provided a social criticism of the Ruling class in Britain in Post World War I period.
