Printer is broken/damaged/fault cartridge
My printer is broken/damaged/fault and is given to a shop for a repair.
The fault cartridges given back to the supplier for replacements.
In the first sentence, my printer is getting error when try to print anything and is given to a shop for repair. I wonder whether I have to say "my printer is damaged or broken or fault in this scenario".
In the second sentence, the new cartridges printing very blurry from the first day I installed so I'm replacing it with the supplier.
