Hi,
I thought the present tense represents the present-day habits like playing tennis here on a Saturday: Joe routinely or habitually plays tennis every Saturday.
Joe plays tennis every Saturday.
Whereas, a present continous is normally used to indicate what he is doing at the moment.
Joe is playing tennis now.
Can I use this to note that I have attached or am attaching the list in this email? How would you explain this use of the present tense? I think my understading was not comprehensive enough.
