Present perfect continuous
Please look at the half of bottom part of the screenshot and tell me what is the meaning and what is it without verbs I am bemused.
I've wanted to visit china for years. Means I still want can't I simply use present perfect continuous "have been wanting".
I've hated this music since I heard it. Can't I use "have been hating"
And so on with the others please explain?

The verbs "want' and "hate" are stative verbs. We normally do not use them in the continuous forms.
