I learned that I can use present perfect to talk about an action that happend several times in the past and may happen again. Then, do you think the following sentence can be an example of this usage?
We have argued a lot lately.
North korea has attacked south korea more than 10 times since 1970.
Since 1990, a lot of livestock has been killed because of foot and mouth disease.
