Present participle doubt

Which of the following sentence is correct?

1)Dog was barking while going out of house.
2) Dog went barking out of house.

If option 2 is correct then what is the grammar rule for that ?

ashay2018 Which of the following sentence is correct? They are both wrong. You can't have a common countable noun ( dog, house ) without a determiner.
