Hi,
Question:
1) Which email subject can convey the idea that I want to convey?
2) Which email subject is more grammatically correct?
Email subject 1:
Possible mixing-up of applications among applicants
Email subject 2:
Possible mixing-up of applications from different applicants
The idea I want to convey:
I am applicant A, but when the employer dealt with my application, they thought I was applicant B.

I prefer number one, although I find "among applicants" to be unnecessary. "RE: Possible mix-up of applications"
