Possessive / Gerund

Please answer each individual question. Thanks a lot!

Franny will be scheduled at the store due to TMR's not being there (OR: TMR not being there)? Why is one correct and not the other?

Thanks for your taking the time to read this. I believe that "your" is correct.
BUT: Thanks to you for taking the time to answer my question.

John/John's not being there upset his girlfriend.

She was upset by John/John's not being there.

My/me not being hired offended me greatly.

His/him not wanting to attend the conference may cost him his job.

Her/She not wanting to attend the conference may cost him his job.

I was offended by his/him asking me not to be a part of the decision.

My/me winning the lottery made me a rich woman!

We/us/our not attending the symposium offended the president.

That is not necessary because your questions are all really the same question. Use the possessive form in all cases. (my, your, his, ...)
