pls help me. I'm writing a letter to a dean. It's urgent!

Question

Hi! Can you help me? It's urgent. I'm trying to write a letter to a dean of English Department(which is pretty tough because its an english deparment). That asking for approval on taking 2 subjects(BC and SPEECH) together(one subject is a pre-requisite subject of another). I already took one of the subjects(last year which is BC) in first semester but i failed so I took it again in second semester(last year also same subject) but the section I was enrolled was dissolved because of lack of students(I enrolled again but it was dissolved again). So then, I took summer classes but I didn't enroll in one of the subjects mentioned because I'm afraid that I fail again. Then another school year, I didn't take again because the subject(which is BC) I supposed to be enrolled was conflict in time with one of my major subject so, I  ask other teachers if they can accommodate me but they didn't accept my accommodation request. Now second semester enrollment, I ask my department chairperson on what should I do. She told me that to write a letter(which i need help). A letter of approval to take these 2 subjects(BC and SPEECH) together.  These two subjects too are pre-requisite to my final defense/demo in my fourth year. And if I can take BC this semester, I can't take SPEECH in summer because I'm having my internship in other place. Hope you guys can help me. please please. i really really need your help. please. it would be greatly appreciated! God Bless you--
