The graph demonstrates the population changes since 1940 to 2000 in Columbia, Yamhill and Washington in the US state of Oregon. It is clear that, x axis illustrates the years from 1940 throw 2000 in three different parts of the US state and y axis shows the population growth in thousands.
Firstly, the numbers of people start increase steadily from 1940 till 1970. It approximately equals to 45 thousands, which includes the first part of the line. However, the second part of the line begin to grow dramatically in 1970- 2000 that equals nearly 120 thousands and it covers the first part of the line. It is obviously seem in Washington that the number of the population raised regularly from 75 to nearly 242 thousands in the last 6 decades.
Secondly other 2 different countries in the US state of Oregon have steadily changed between 1940-2000 years. Columbia and Yamhill’s population begin to go up approximately from the same point-30 and strike 75 and 90 respectively. Finally, it is observed from the graph that the amount of the population changes slightly in these both countries.
To sum up, the population of Washington predominated Yamhill and Columbia’s that means the important changes happened in 1940-2000 in Washington.
