You are shifting out of your accommodation. You think the place is suitable for your English speaking colleague who is arriving next month. Write a letter to your colleague- • explain why you are shifting out. • Describe your accommodation • Why is it suitable for your friend? Dear Alan, Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spirits. As I informed you earlier, I have been shifted to the central branch of our company. For this reason alone, I will have to shift from my current residence to the new company accommodation. Since you are arriving here for an official assignment. I suggest my current apartment would be the best choice for you. To start off, this apartment is a one-bedroom all kitchen with an area of 2,000 square meters. It consists of a spacious dining hall; a bedroom having built-in wardrobes and an attached bathroom. One of my favourite corner of the house is the study section where you could enjoy your reading sessions with a cup of coffee. It is situated in the middle of the city with Central Line Metro station only a few kilometres away which will make your daily commute rapid and easy. Since I know you have an avid interest in playing chess. There’s a local chess club right opposite where you can visit over the weekends to have a game with other players. I hope to see you soon.
