Please need Correction. Formal letter
Hi Teachers,
Could you correct this letter please? It is to ask permision to use an excerpt of the book to the publisher.
Dear Madam / Sir
The book is: Kernel Lessons Intermediate
First Published 1971
Authors: Robert O'Neill, Roy Kingsbury, and Tony Yeadon
ISBN: 0 582 52240 4
The excerpt I wish to use are all the episodes of, 'The Man Who Escaped'. I also would like to use the short stories from each unit, and if possible adapt some of them to current times.
The purpose is to use them in my face to face English classes and in the near future for classes on line.

In my opinion, you neeed to be clearer and more direct. eg -
