Please help me write an effective letter to the head of an art museum

Question

I would like to write a cover letter and send some gallery's catalogue to the head of art museum.
would you please tell me if the following is effective or not.

Dear Sir,

Please find catalogues of our artists which I hope will help you outline the gallery. PPP gallery, located in Tokyo was founded in 1985.

As seen in the catalogues, many exhibitions of artists such as KUSAMA Yayoi, .....,......,...... were produced by us and MARUYAMA, Yoshitaka and other current famous artists have held their exhibitons before they became wellknown.

Although our current situation is quite exciting and satisfing, we are much more interested in having some opportunities to introduce those artists to more people by presenting their works at your museum. I am confident it will be viewed with much interest.

Realizing that this letter and the catalogue can not adequately communicate the idea in depth, I would very much welcome the opportunity to show you the gallery as well as gallery's record.

I am looking forward to hearing from you very soon.

Although we are enjoying tremendous success, we are interested pursuing additional opportunities to introduce our (true ?) artists to more people by presenting their works at your museum. I am very confident that our artists' works will be very well received by your audience.

While I appreciate that our catalogs and this letter are only a brief introduction, I would very much welcome an opportunity to show you our gallery as well as the gallery's record.

Thank you so much for your reply and I have read it with much interest and appreciation.
You have definately well understood the concept of the letter and I think I will be able to study it so that I can write similar letters in the future more easily.

Though if i can ask you about the following:

it is true that we have been introducing some famous artists into public yet we are not ' tremendously successful' in terms of business yet... a bit of an exaggeration perhaps...? I thought it may sound a bit immodest if I refer it to Japanese custom.(we are Japanese gallery and the museum is in Japan but the head of museum is a Swedish man!!!) I know that English cover letter should always be confident and strong, but I wonder if the following can be the altenative?

I think that sounds excellent. If it makes you feel more comfortable, that is even better.

I think that readers from foreign lands will appreciate the slight differences in the way letters are written. People enjoy different cultures and your letter will reflect that.

My intent in providing you with my suggestion was to provide some alternatives. However, you are strongly encouraged to make changes so that the letter feels comfortable and natural. That way, you will be more confident with your work.
