With due respect I beg to state that I was not in a position to attend the college as I was down with tubercular lymphadenitis since it is a communicable disease I had been advised Quarantine and rest for 2 months now I am medically fit to rejoin college therefore kindly grant me to rejoin college I have also attached the necessary documents including the fitness certificate for your perusal
