Hi...I'm translating sth... I face with these term which i cannot find anything in dictionary and don't understand them... can you say sth which make me understand these terms. Thanks beforhand!-- Quetelet Professor of Sustainable Development and of Health Policy and Management...What "Quetelet" means here?--  We feel it is the most plausible account of the current impact of climate change today.Can anyong say this with other term?-- That we are already this far into the most important negotiations ever for the future of this planet without a clear idea of the full impact of climate change on human society speaks volumes in itself.Can anyong say this with other term?

It seems to be a distinction of some kind.

We think it's the best theory on the effects of climate change that exists at present.

That we've achieved so much already with regard to deciding what's best for our planet, without knowing exactly what problems humans might face, says enough.
