Letter Writing
Please help me to make this letter professional
Sir,
I’ve received a Show Cause Notice regarding the APMVT tax levied on my car.
(Vehicle : ...............Vehicle No : ..........) which belongs to Delhi.
1.I am a Software Consultant and I will have to travel across the country for consultation job. On 10th of July also I came to S— for consultation and I keep on coming and going for small trips to S—.
2.On 24th July when My vehicle was caught by Inspector I was taking my son to the hospital as he was seriously ill. I was not in a hurry and was not in the perfect state of mind so, I wrote whatever was dictated to me by the Inspector.
3.The house (address) provided to me by the company belongs to Mr. X and there is an agreement between the company and Mr. X.
4.I am a permanent resident of Delhi. Proof of which is attached (Ration Card).
5.I still carry Reliance Number of Delhi and bearing the cost of roaming as I’ve no plans to stay permanent in S—.

I am resident of Delhi and went to Secunderabad (from one state to another state) by Car. and they levied Road Tax on my car which I don't want to pay as I 'll not stay there for a long period of time and will return to my native state.
