Please help me to fix errors in my sentences
As per our MD's brief in the meeting, we have to archive / keep only the files which less than 2 years old which means we need to shred / throw all the files before 2012, but your list contains very old files. As we have only a small safe room for archive, we can't accommodate all these files.
