Please help me to correct these sentences
Initially, the sub-contractor had agreed to make a opening in the proposed area in the ceiling to A/C ductwork to pass through, but later, they informed that they can't make opening in the ceiling since there is a beam passing in the proposed area. In order to avoiding to disturb / touch the beam, we changed our route with more curves and bends to reach the roof. Hence, we need these materials to complete our installation accordingly.
