I would like to seek your assistance in identifying the location of two trees, namely, 12546 & 12547, within ABC Garden.
On 30.08.2012, when I tried to relocate the two trees from ABC Playground to ABC Garden in the tree inventory, a message popped up stating that an error occurred and the relocation attempt was blocked. After a while, I returned and tried to look up the two trees on the maps of both playground and garden, I found nothing.
On 03.09.2012, I was still unable to find the two trees on the maps, but I finally changed the location of the trees in the tree detail part of the inventory.
I am puzzled by the missing of the two trees on the maps and I hope you could help me locate the trees as soon as possible.

This is largely correct grammatically speaking. However, I think it would be clearer if you changed the wording. Also, it remains unclear if you are talking about a physical location or a computer listing (or both).
