Once, my team had to finish a computer program within three weeks. The schedule was pretty tight for us. If we couldn’t complete it on time, our boss would deduct RMB1000 from our salary. In fact, it’s too stressful for us, so the team member Tom always quarreled with other team members, over something silly. At last, he didn’t do his job, thus other team members had to do extra work to compensate. The atmosphere of the whole team was quite tense. No one wanted to help others.
