PLEASE Could someone take a look at the grammar in sentences

Could you please help me correct these sentences?

1 How did people choose the location of the countries capital in the past?
2 You would have to be worried that he had a better hand than you to consider not betting.
3 If only these new phones had the same longevity as those old ones.
4 He has way too familiar a face to go unnoticed in a public place.
5 You might not want to take the car now, but you'll be happy to have a car once your their and want to come back with all the merchandise.
6 There are more people that wait for their TV to die before buying one than people who buy new things on their own.

2 You would have to be worried that he had a better hand than you to consider not betting. OK

3 If only these new phones had the same longevity as those old ones. I'd say the use of "those" is unlikely unless certain old phones had already been previously mentioned. Generally speaking, I'd expect "the" to be used rather than "those".

4 He has way too familiar a face to go unnoticed in a public place. OK (The use of "way" strikes me as informal.)

5 You might not want to take the car now, but you'll be happy to have a car once ~~your their~~ you're there. ~~and want to come back with all the merchandise.~~ I would end the sentence as indicated and then add a new sentence about a car being handy to lug all the merchandise home.

6 There are more people that wait for their TV to die before buying one than people who buy new things on their own. Akwardly worded. I would suggest this as a slight improvement:
- There are more people who wait for their old TV to die before buying a new one than people who buy a new TV before the old one is dead.
