Dear teachers please help me with what is in red:
A- You can read a full expansion of this in chapter seven, which builds the framework for the new "Science of Learning" combined with the view of "Learning as a Performing Art."
Does it mean by the assimilation of art? please either explain or paraphrase.
B- Perhaps the worst influence in our lives is the perpetual negative self-talk that we give ourselves, not to mention the barrage of criticism we have for everyone else we fear, mistrust and to whom we pledge no loyalty.
1 "let alone" or "regardless of " ? If not, please provide me with the correct meaning.
2 the people we think that they are disloyal?
